Ayrton, Granville and Tifft understand that a proactive management policy is integral to keeping our properties attractive, safe and clean. We believe that providing effective management is an important part of providing better quality services to our residents and acts as a detterent to organised crime, anti-social behaviour and neighbour nuisance. This policy explains how Ayrton, Granville and Tifft will manage the MegaBuilding and its satellite properties effectively to create and sustain a safe and vibrant environment for residents, contractors and the city of London at large.
The Management Policy provides clear guidelines and expectations for how we will maintain, manage and improve the MegaBuilding. It will provide our approach to engaging and consulting with owners and tenants and continuing to forge strong and efficient working relationships with other corporations and partner agencies to keep our residents safe.
There are three A,G & T values at the heart of everything we do and that guide the way we work:
- People Matter: At the core of our management policy is our commitment to you, the resident. We believe in creating a thriving environment through open dialogue and a genuine care for your wellbeing.
- Openness & Honesty: Integrity and transparency drive our approach to creating a safe, clean and attractive residence. By working together, we ensure that everyone is informed, involved and invested in our property.
- Togetherness: Achieving excellence in building management is a collaborative effort. We are dedicated to engaging with you to identify and implement improvements, ensuring the building is a place everyone can thrive.
This policy will be implemented and made available to you in compliance with the Safer London directive issued by the MARLPROCO. The directive requires us to inform you of the role we play in building management and how thiese roles will be delivered.
The key themes in the Safer London directive state that:
- Building managers must ensure all tenants take reasonable steps to keep shared spaces safe.
- Building managers must cooperate with Provisional Council departments to promote social, environmental and economic wellbeing on their property.
- Building managers must cooperate with the MARLPROCO security apparatus and other relevant organisations to deter and tackle sedition, crime and anti-social behaviour on their property.
We will assess our performance on these standards through various methods. Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), are conducted through the B.A.W app on your Agent, with approximately three thousand surveys completed each month. We ensure a diverse representation of customers across different demographics to gain a comprehensive understanding of your perspectives and experiences. The data collected from these surveys is then used to enhance and refine our services. This data is stored and shared with our commercial partners for marketing purposes in accordance with our data distribution policy.
This policy has been developed to demonstrate our proactive approach to building management, recognising the influence of both neighbourhood and community on the overall health of our property. Through effective collaboration with our tenants and partners, we aim to establish a sustainable and secure community within the B.A.W MegaBuilding. Our dedication to excellence is underpinned by the belief that
